RETURN POLICY
E-AVENUE wants you to be 100% satisfied with the products you purchase from our web store at e-avenue.io. If at any time within thirty (30) days of receiving your order, you are not 100% satisfied, you may return it to us for a refund.
Purchaser must follow this return procedure:
Within thirty (30) days after receipt of the Product, Purchaser must contact E-AVENUE at info@e-avenue.io and explains the reason of your return. We will confirm with you the return is accepted.
After Purchaser receives confirmation
From E-AVENUE Electric Scooter, Purchaser must return the Product to E-AVENUE at our London warehouse. The Product must be shipped no later than three business days after the confirmation is issued. The purchaser is responsible for the cost of return shipping. All returned items must be in their original condition with no signs of wear, damage, dings or scrapes and include all original packaging, manuals, warranties, accessories, etc. (if applicable). Seller is not responsible for lost items, so we highly recommend using a trackable service when returning your item for refund.
Returned items not adhering to this policy
May be subject to a restocking/handling fee. If your purchase was eligible for free or discounted international shipping, the original shipping cost of the product(s) returned will be deducted from your credit or refund.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund.
Qualifying refunds will be processed within 3-5 working days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Discounted items (if applicable)
All sales final on discounted items.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. Should you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@e-avenue.io. Please refer to our warranty section for details.
